We didn't eat steak strips last week so I moved them to this week. Not many items on the weekly plan because of Thanksgiving. Plus we are planning on making a casserole and extra of another meal so we will be eating leftovers a couple of nights.
Sunday - Steak Strips, jasmine rice, and green beans
Monday - Grilled Cheese and soup
Tuesday - Chicken, broccoli and rice casserole
Wednesday - Leftover chicken casserole
Thursday - Thanksgiving at my in-laws (Yummy!)
Friday - Pork Fried Rice, Crab Rangoons
Saturday - Leftover Pork Fried Rice
I love leftover rice dishes. They seem to be better the next day. :)
